    BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a holistic practice that uses conscious breathing to influence the body and mind.

You can influence the nervous system by activating the body with different breathing patterns. On a mental level, breathwork can help dissolve blockages, release negativity, improve awareness, and stimulate creativity.

For many, breathwork serves as a powerful tool for self-healing and emotional well-being, which can lead to an increased sense of balance, clarity, and inner peace. Regular practice may relieve anxiety, help process trauma, and create a deeper connection between the body and mind.

    ELVIRA NATALIA

Breathwork guide Elvira Natalia has extensive experience with the healing effects of breathwork. With a cultural and decolonial perspective, she weaves her Peruvian heritage into her practice, allowing us to be ourselves and connect with one another and with nature.

Elvira has held space and built a community centered around BIPOC and queers in Stockholm for several years, making her the obvious choice for the event.

Breathe in Poetry (part 1 and 2) will be her last sessions in Stockholm before she moves to Perú.
